Pastor Will Rose was called to be lead pastor of parish ministry at Holy Trinity in February 2012. Pastor Will grew up in Wilmington NC and graduated from UNCW in 1995 and Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary in Columbia SC in 2000. He enjoys swimming, surfing, golf, collecting comic books and traveling with his family. Pastor Will and his wife Cindy have two daughters.
Pastor Mark Coulter
Pastor Mark Coulter was called to our congregation to lead Lutheran Campus Ministry on March 15, 1999. Pastor Coulter was a member of Lutheran Campus Ministry when he was a UNC student and has a passion for sharing his faith as he helps students in their spiritual development. When he is not off with students or hanging around the church, he enjoys running and working on projects around his house. Mark and his wife Kathy have three daughters: Paige, Robin, and Janna.
Holly is the Minister of Faith Formation and a Deacon in the ELCA. She was called to HTLC in July of 2013 and moved here from Lexington, KY where she served a congregation for 18 years. She oversees the youth and children ministries, as well as coordinating and directing the educational and discipleship opportunities for all ages. Holly is originally from Huntington, WV where she graduated from Marshall University. She is a graduate of Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. Holly enjoys exploring the Triangle area, traveling, walking her dog Daisy, and reading mysteries.
Heidi Rueckel relocated here from Long Island, New York in 1999 with her husband, Norbert, daughter, Monika and son, Christian. Norbert works in the computer field; Monika is working at UNC Children's Hospital as the Play Atrium Coordinator. She enjoys playing volleyball and soccer. Christian attends UNC - Greensboro for Kinesiology and is an CNA at The Cedars of Chapel Hill and Moses Cone Health in Greensboro. He enjoys playing various sports. When she has any spare time, she enjoys shopping and cooking. Perhaps in the future, Heidi and her husband will be able to travel again.
Beth is a native Texan, born in Houston, growing up in Lubbock, and graduating from Texas Lutheran University in Seguin. Her family moved to North Carolina in the 80's, and have settled in Raleigh, Durham and Greensboro. She is thrilled to be living and working so close to all of them! Beth has her Masters in Sacred Music/Choral Conducting from Concordia University, Mequon WI.
Beth loves sharing the gift of music as an integral part of worship. She enjoys leading choirs of all ages, writing songs, playing the piano and organ, and planning worship. Beth has a love for creativity in worship and is especially excited about all the possibilities that a beautiful space like Holy Trinity has to offer. She is looking forward to meeting the entire staff and congregation and to becoming a partner in ministry.
When she's not at church, Beth enjoys hiking, traveling, knitting, cooking & entertaining, reading and hot yoga. She has an almost 19-year-old cat, Sara (and she loves dogs, too).
